  • Able to start within short notice

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar scope

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Be able to manage tight datelines and be flexible about his/her work requirements/demands

  • Be flexible, firm yet friendly, and approachable

  • Have excellent spoken and written English

  • Administrative support and coordination with other departments such as finance and HR Updating

  • Managing and submitting claims

  • Liaising with F&B team on HR and admin matters

  • Collate leave application forms and approvals

  • Handling weekly invoices from the F&B team

  • Manage e-filing and hardcopy filing
